Privacy by design

Your khata stays yours.

  • Stored on your device. We run no server for your khata and never receive a copy — we cannot see what you record.
  • No ads, no analytics, no tracking. No advertising, crash, or tracking SDKs. Nothing to profile, nothing to sell.
  • Backup to your own Drive. Uses a single drive.appdata permission — a private app folder. It cannot read anything else in your Drive.
  • Contacts stay on the phone. Contact matching is off until you turn it on, and never leaves your device or enters a backup.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Recording udhaar and payments, customer balances and statements all work fully offline. Internet is only used if you choose to turn on Google Drive backup.

Is my customer data safe?

Your khata lives on your phone. We have no server holding it and never receive a copy. There are no ads, analytics or tracking of any kind. See the privacy policy.

Can I use it on two phones?

Yes — sign in to Google Drive backup on both. The app merges the two khatas rather than letting one overwrite the other, keeping the most recent version of each entry.

How do reminders work?

Tap "Remind" on a customer who owes, and your own WhatsApp or SMS opens with the amount and a short statement ready to send — it goes from your number, not ours.
