Privacy by design

Your khata stays yours.

  • Stored on your device. We run no server for your ledger and never receive a copy — we cannot see what you record.
  • No ads, no analytics, no tracking. No advertising, crash, or tracking SDKs. Nothing to profile, nothing to sell.
  • Backup to your own Drive. Uses a single drive.appdata permission — a private app folder. It cannot read anything else in your Drive.
  • Contacts stay on the phone. Contact matching is off until you turn it on, and never leaves your device or enters a backup.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Everything — members, plans, payments and the ledger — works fully offline. Internet is only used if you choose to turn on Google Drive backup.

Is my customer data safe?

Your data lives on your phone. We have no server holding it and never receive a copy. There are no ads, analytics or tracking of any kind. See the privacy policy.

Can I use it on two phones?

Yes — sign in to Google Drive backup on both. The app merges the two ledgers rather than letting one overwrite the other, keeping the most recent version of each record.

Do reminders cost anything or come from you?

Reminders open your own WhatsApp or SMS with the message ready to send, so they go from your number. The app never sends anything on its own or on our behalf.
